We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed and paid for before 5:00 pm are shipped First Class for next working day delivery.

Shipping Costs:

• £0–£999.99 + VAT: £5 + VAT
• £1,000.00 + VAT and above: £10 + VAT
  Large or oversized orders may incur additional charges.

Changing Your Order

Incorrect or Incomplete Order

Some items may arrive separately. Orders placed before 5:00 pm are typically delivered the next working day.

Important Information

• Refunds may be reduced if returned items show damage caused by improper handling.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened.
